Shipping Policy

1. Packaging & Presentation

To protect the silk fibers and gold/silver zari from friction or humidity, each Patoniq saree is wrapped in unbleached, pure cotton muslin. It is then placed inside a custom-made, heavy-duty wooden heritage box accompanied by its signed certificate of provenance and GI tag certification.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

For readymade sarees in our collection:

• Orders are processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 24 to 48 hours of payment verification.
• We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

For custom commissions or bridal bespoke sarees, dispatch dates will be pre-agreed in writing at the time of order booking, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer complimentary express shipping across India via trusted secure services (such as Blue Dart or Sequent).

• Transit time is usually 3 to 5 business days for major metro areas, and 5 to 7 days for other regions.
• All shipments require an OTP or signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and country destination.

• International transit times typically range from 10 to 14 business days.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes:The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Custom duties, import taxes, or local VAT are determined by your country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Attempts & Lost Shipments

All shipments are fully insured against transit loss or damage. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately at majesticpatola@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will coordinate directly with the carrier's claims team.
